Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
  • Weight-based US shipping or FREE on orders over $75!
  • We love to ship gifts purchased at TJH, just email us to confirm details & pricing (support@thejoyfulhanger.com)!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 48-72 hours.

Returns: 

We are here to serve you and make sure you love your purchases! If something does not work, we are more than happy to help. (And quickly!)

  • We cannot hold or exchange items due to unique and limited inventory. If an exchange is needed, please place a new order for the item and return the original item. 
  • We gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for store credit in the form of an e-gift card. 
  • Items must be returned with original tags, unworn and unwashed. They must be free of odors, make up and pet hair to receive the refund. 
  • A few items are ineligible for returns: hats/beanies, personal care items, Make Up Eraser items, Warmies, shapewear, undergarments, candles, fragrances, and drink mixes.
  • All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • When mailing your return, please make sure your items are securely packaged and shipped back with tracking. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Please include your original email receipt for your order to be processed in a timely manner.
